2015 CRIANZA RED WINE
These grapes come from own vineyards which are over 20 years old. The terrain is clay soil and in planting frames.
Vineyard and soil:
5% Syrah (Shiraz) and Graciano
Recommended to be served with red meats, game meat and pates.
Harvesting and elaboration

The grapes are harvested only when the tannins reach full maturity. Hand-picked and in 200 kg boxes for rapid transport and selected prior to their gravity vatting into the wine tanks. Following fermentation between 18 and 24°C and short and continuous pumping overs, the barrelling is maintained the entire time that the skins continue to yield noble tannins to the wine, and a small devatting is carried out.
Then the wine rests for two days for a decanting to new 300 litre Caucasian oak barrels where it remains for 10 months.
The wine remains in the bottle for at least 6 months.
