Intense violet colour in appearance. Red fruits, balsamic notes and nut shells aromas with pleasant lactic nuances. Great balance between its acidity and alcohol that is recalled in aftertaste for an extended period.

The grapes, coming from our vineyards on the Guadajira property, are harvested and selected prior to their gravity vatting into the wine tanks. The malolactic fermentation takes place at the same time as the alcoholic fermentation occurs, incubating selected lactic bacteria. Once this fermentation is finished, and after 48 hours of static racking, the wine remains in the bottle for at least 1 month.
