In our cuisine the best raw materials from Extremadura and the rest of the Spanish geography are used. The acorn-fed Iberian pork, Retinta veal, cheese cake, boletus edulis (porcini mushrooms), Jerte cherries … are permanently included in our menu or during the appropriate season


Wine is in our DNA, no other product can enhance our cuisine like wine. Having paired menus designed from the outset to tap into the menu of each season, as well as wine recommendations perfect for the rest of the menu
