Controlled fermentation elaboration.
An intense violent color, discernible on the bouquet are red fruits aromas, balsamic and dried fruit husk nuances; vivacious on the palate, with a pleasant balance between acidity and alcohol.
Recommended for red meats, game meat and pates.
